1

Check-in Process

When you arrive at our center, we ask that you check-in at the registration desk. During check-in, our staff will:

  • Verify your personal and insurance information
  • Complete your registration paperwork
  • Identify your responsible adult or escort and their phone number
  • Collect any applicable copay, deductible, or other financial obligations
2

Following Admission

After checking in at our center, you will be brought to the pre-op area where our nursing staff will prepare you for your procedure. This process includes:

  • The nurse will review your medical history
  • You will sign necessary consent forms
  • Pre-operative preparation will be completed
  • An anesthesiologist will discuss your anesthesia plan and answer questions

Once you are prepared for surgery, your family or escort may wait with you until it is time for your surgery if space and time allow.

3

Surgery and Recovery

At the appropriate time, you will be escorted to the operating room. During your surgery:

  • Your escort may stay in our comfortable waiting area or leave a number where they can be reached
